Products

All KENZA KLAY pieces are handcrafted in small batches.
Slight variations in colour, shape, or texture are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.

Orders & payment

Prices are listed in Moroccan dirhams (MAD).
Payment methods available at checkout may vary by product.

Some products, including jewellery pieces, are prepaid only.
Cash on delivery is available for selected items, such as DIY Kits.

Shipping & delivery

Delivery times and fees are outlined on the Delivery & Returns page.
KENZA KLAY is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services.

Returns & exchanges

Return conditions are detailed on the Delivery & Returns page.
Custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for return.

Workshops

By participating in a KENZA KLAY workshop, participants acknowledge that they are taking part in a hands-on creative activity.
KENZA KLAY is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage during workshops.

All content, designs, images, and text on this website are the property of KENZA KLAY and may not be used without permission.

Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Morocco.
