Delivery in Morocco

All orders are shipped from Casablanca and delivered across Morocco.

• Casablanca: 1–2 business days

• Major cities: 2–3 business days

• Other regions: 3–5 business days

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link to follow your delivery.

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Payment on delivery

Cash on delivery is available only for selected products (such as DIY Kits).

Jewellery pieces are prepaid only, as many are made in small batches or on demand.

Returns & exchanges

If something isn’t right, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Returns are accepted for unused items in their original condition.

• Custom or made-to-order jewellery cannot be returned.

• Return shipping costs are covered for failed deliveries.

Each KENZA KLAY piece is handcrafted.
